Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Unless the product description explicitly states otherwise (i.e., items marked as “All Sales Final”), you have the option to return, exchange, or receive a refund for items within 30 days of purchase, subject to evaluation by the Shop West Grove Customer Service. Any issues with your order must be reported within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the RMA process, please contact Shop West Grove Customer Service at support@shopwestgrove.com. Our team will try to respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days. If you’re dealing with damages or visible defects, please make sure to include detailed photos.

If your return request is approved (For defectives only), we will provide you with a return label, the item must be returned in the condition it was originally received, with all parts, pieces, and the packaging intact, before we can process a refund or exchange. Please be aware that if an item is returned without meeting these criteria, Shop West Grove reserves the right to issue a partial refund or decline a refund for the purchase.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect and process it within 3-5 business days. Once the processing is complete, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method or ship the replacement item to the address on file. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or financial institution.

After 30 days from the date of delivery, all items purchased become non-refundable, and sales are considered final.

Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! Items returned because of customer preferences/change of mind are returnable, but we DO NOT cover return shipping in those cases. For apparel items returned due to sizing issues are returnable. We will make every effort to accommodate exchanges or replacements upon request with customer covering shipping inbound & outbound, but please understand that due to the substantial discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee the availability of inventory. 

Customer regret returns will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to the customer bearing the cost of the return shipping unless otherwise noted by Shop West Grove customer support. If a customer regret return is received and deemed by Shop West Grove customer service to be used or in not new condition a refund will not be issued and customer will be responsible for return shipping or the item will be destroyed.
