Lightweight and portable, POP-A-SHADE sets up in seconds and easily folds back into a round shape to put in the carrying bag.

The POP-A-SHADE floor is made of durable Oxford fabric and the sides constructed of silver bonded nylon with a layer of insect netting. The fiberglass poles are strong and sturdy against the wind but flexible and practical for folding and easy storage.

POP-A-SHADE provides you shelter from the sun, rain, and wind, and the handy skylight provides a welcomed circulation of air. A convenient hook in the center of the ceiling makes it easy to hang a light or fan or whatever you need handy.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Unless the product description explicitly states otherwise (i.e., items marked as “All Sales Final”), you have the option to return, exchange, or receive a refund for items within 30 days of purchase, subject to evaluation by the PickYourSteals Customer Service. Any issues with your order must be reported within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the RMA process, please contact PickYourSteals Customer Service at support@shopwestgrove.com. Our team will try to respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days. If you’re dealing with damages or visible defects, please make sure to include detailed photos.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label, the item must be returned in the condition it was originally received, with all parts, pieces, and the packaging intact, before we can process a refund or exchange. Please be aware that if an item is returned without meeting these criteria, PickYourSteals reserves the right to issue a partial refund or decline a refund for the purchase.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect and process it within 3-5 business days. Once the processing is complete, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method or ship the replacement item to the address on file. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or financial institution.

After 30 days from the date of delivery, all items purchased become non-refundable, and sales are considered final.

Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping costs covered by PickYourSteals. For apparel items returned due to sizing issues are returnable. We will make every effort to accommodate exchanges or replacements upon request, but please understand that due to the substantial discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee the availability of inventory. 

Customer regret returns will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to the customer bearing the cost of the return shipping unless otherwise noted by PickYourSteals customer support. If a customer regret return is received and deemed by PickYourSteals customer service to be used or in not new condition a refund will not be issued and customer will be responsible for return shipping or the item will be destroyed.
